Overview

The VOA Colour-Coded Station Cloth is a planned range for separating counter, service and equipment tasks by station in the professional kitchen. The red, blue, green and yellow starting colour roles are settled with the customer's hygiene plan. A colour code alone does not provide hygiene; area of use, replacement frequency, washing, drying and storage are defined together with the facility procedure.
