The questions buyers ask most, with short answers. Product-specific values are always read together with that product’s document.
Is VOA different from NEWSOUL and FRIGG?
Yes. VOA turns two material sources into its own product structure for wiping and drying tasks. Product information and documents of the other brands do not carry over to VOA products by themselves.
What is the main difference between VOA BIO and VOA ECO?
VOA BIO focuses on natural and bio-based structures and a product-specific end-of-life route; VOA ECO focuses on microfilament construction, recycled content and repeated use. A claim of one route is not carried to the other; every claim is matched to the document of the product concerned.
Which product do absorption or washing values apply to?
Only to the product matched by the report. The value is shown on that product’s page together with the measurement method and sample; a value of one product is not generalised to the whole VOA range.
Can all products be washed at the same temperature?
No. Temperature, cycles and drying are stated separately in each product’s care instructions.
Can the products come into direct contact with food?
Only for a product whose material and compliance file is complete. This is stated separately on that product’s page; food contact is not assumed for a product where it is not stated.
Can they be used with a disinfectant?
The chemical, concentration, contact time and cloth compatibility must be verified together. A wipe on its own is not a disinfectant.
Does a colour code provide hygiene on its own?
No. Area of use, replacement frequency, washing, drying and storage are defined together with the facility procedure. The red, blue, green and yellow roles are a starting suggestion, settled by the facility’s hygiene plan.
Can a compostable product be thrown away in nature?
No. A controlled environment, local waste infrastructure and the product instructions are followed. An end-of-life claim is valid only with the document of the VOA BIO product concerned.
Is private label possible?
Yes. Technology, size, colour, print, pack and evidence scope are set with the project form; minimum quantity and lead time are confirmed at the quotation stage.
How do I request a sample?
Choose the option and quantity on the product page to start the request, or fill in the inquiry form directly. You can ask for a standard or a task-based sample set; requests are reviewed by the OPIA ECO team.
