When you browse the site

To deliver pages to you, the hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data such as your IP address, browser information and the time of the request. This data is used for the security and operation of the site on the basis of legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). The site has no analytics, advertising or marketing tracking.

Request form

When you send the request form we process your name, email address, company, country, your request choices (purpose, quantity, target date, need details and the surface, task and use context you set in the product selector), the product line you selected (product, variant code, quantity and preferences); the language of the page you used is stored with the request. The request is recorded in the site's request system (a database on Cloudflare infrastructure) and used only to answer it and to conduct the quote, sample or cooperation discussion (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and f). To prevent misuse of the form, a security check with Cloudflare Turnstile runs when you send it; Cloudflare processes your connection details for this check. Your IP address is not written to the request record; to limit attempts, only a keyed digest derived from it is counted for a ten-minute window. A summary you download before sending stays on your device. If you send us your request by email, your name, contact details and message are processed for the same purpose.

Visitor chat

When you write to the assistant on this site, we process your messages, the page language and a session cookie (opia_visitor_voa, HttpOnly) that links the conversation to your browser. Before a conversation starts, a Cloudflare Turnstile security check is made. Replies are generated with Cloudflare Workers AI from the products and articles published on this site; your messages are sent to the model only to produce the reply. The conversation is kept in the site’s own storage on Cloudflare’s infrastructure and deleted automatically after seven days; “Clear chat” deletes it at once. Do not share personal or confidential information in the chat; for a quote, use the request form.

Customer area

The customer area is used only with accounts opened for your organisation. Your business e-mail address, sign-in details and the request, quote and support records you handle in the customer area are processed to conclude and perform the contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). Strictly necessary session cookies protect your session.

Transfers and hosting

The site, the customer area and the request system run on Cloudflare infrastructure, and the request form's security check runs with Cloudflare Turnstile, so data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye (KVKK Art. 9). The site has no tool that passes data to advertising or marketing partners.

Retention

Requests and correspondence are kept until your request is concluded and while the business relationship continues; once the legal period for commercial correspondence ends (ten years under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code), they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised (KVKK Art. 7).

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and its deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
